High-dose chemo with stem cell transplant vs. standard therapy for older adults with CNS lymphoma

Who can take part

  • You have a newly diagnosed aggressive B-cell lymphoma that started in your brain or spinal cord and is not elsewhere in your body.
  • You are 70 years or older, or 65–70 and not able to get a more intense treatment program.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your daily activity level is mostly normal (able to care for yourself, even if you need help sometimes).
  • Your kidneys, bone marrow, heart, lungs, and liver are working well enough for the study treatments.
