Who can take part

  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy.
  • You have good bone marrow, liver, and organ function.
  • You haven't had other cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery in the past 4 weeks.
  • You can swallow pills and don't have ongoing diarrhea or bowel problems.
  • You don't have uncontrolled high blood pressure (above 150/100) or a serious heart condition in the last 6 months.
  • You don't have a history of other cancer in the last 5 years.
