Who can take part

  • You can sign a consent form (or have your legal representative sign).
  • You’re age 18–80, and your sex doesn’t matter.
  • Your daily function is good (ECOG 0 to 1, meaning you’re fully active or limited in strenuous activity only).
  • Your cancer is prostate adenocarcinoma that has spread, and it has continued growing despite hormone treatment.
  • You have already had a taxane chemotherapy and at least one other hormone therapy before joining.
  • You cannot have known brain metastases (cancer spread to the brain).
