Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a history of iTTP (a blood condition where your immune system attacks your own blood cells) and are currently in remission (normal platelet count for at least 90 days).
- Your ADAMTS13 enzyme levels are between 30% and 70% (checked twice, at least a week apart).
- It has been at least 6 months since your last dose of rituximab or similar IV immune-suppressing medication.
- If you take other oral immunosuppressants, your dose has not changed in the last 60 days.
