Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- You have a type of prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body and is still sensitive to hormone therapy (called metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer).
- A special scan called a PSMA PET/CT shows that the cancer is still active even after you started hormone therapy.
- You have not had any other treatment for your prostate cancer before this study.
- You are generally in good health (able to care for yourself and up and about at least half the day).
- You have no other active cancer in the last 2 years (except certain skin or bladder cancers).
