Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of your body (stage M1) and is no longer responding to first-line hormone therapy like abiraterone, enzalutamide, darolutamide, or apalutamide.
- You are still on hormone therapy to keep testosterone levels very low.
- You have a good enough health status to be up and about (ECOG 0-2).
- You must not have certain blood, liver, kidney, or heart problems, or untreated infections.
