Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of your body (stage M1) and is no longer responding to first-line hormone therapy like abiraterone, enzalutamide, darolutamide, or apalutamide.
  • You are still on hormone therapy to keep testosterone levels very low.
  • You have a good enough health status to be up and about (ECOG 0-2).
  • You must not have certain blood, liver, kidney, or heart problems, or untreated infections.
