Who can take part

  • You are between 21 and 35 years old and have just finished braces on both upper and lower teeth.
  • All your upper and lower front teeth are present, normal size, and normal shape.
  • Your gums are healthy, and your oral hygiene is good.
  • You do not have a cleft lip or palate, any craniofacial syndrome, or a history of jaw surgery.
  • Your front teeth have no cavities, stains, chips, fillings, or large restorations.
  • Your upper and lower braces were taken off within 2 months of each other, and you did not have braces placed behind your teeth.
