- You are between 21 and 35 years old and have already finished orthodontic treatment with braces.
- You have all your upper and lower front teeth (canines to canines) and they are normal in shape and size.
- You do not have gum disease, poor oral hygiene, or active cavities.
- You do not have fillings, crowns, cracks, or enamel problems on your front teeth.
- You have not had jaw surgery, cleft lip/palate, or other craniofacial syndromes, and you did not use lingual (inside-the-teeth) braces.
