- You are between 21 and 35 years old and have just finished braces on both upper and lower teeth.
- All your upper and lower front teeth are present, normal size, and normal shape.
- Your gums are healthy, and your oral hygiene is good.

- Your front teeth have no cavities, stains, chips, fillings, or large restorations.
- Your upper and lower braces were taken off within 2 months of each other, and you did not have braces placed behind your teeth.
