- You are between 15 and 30 years old
- You have finished your braces and your lower front teeth are straight (Little's Irregularity Index ≤ 0.5 mm)
- You have good oral hygiene and healthy gums
- You have not had a bonded retainer before
- All your lower front teeth (from canine to canine) are present and have healthy enamel for bonding
- You do not have a history of rapid palate expansion, cleft lip/palate, severe deep bite, teeth grinding, or active gum disease
