Who can take part
- You must be between 1 and 39 years old.
- You must have either a newly diagnosed DIPG that was treated with radiation in the last month, or a progressive/recurrent DIPG or H3K27-altered high-grade glioma.
- You need to have adequate blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart function (your doctor will check this).
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to use effective birth control during the study.
- You cannot have taken the study drug ACT001 or a similar drug called parthenolide before.
