Who can take part

  • You have a type of brain tumor called recurrent high-grade glioma or newly diagnosed DIPG with a specific mutation (H3K27M).
  • You have finished radiation at least 14 days ago and are stable on a low dose of steroids for the last 2 weeks.
  • You have adequate blood cell counts, liver and kidney function, and a performance score of at least 60%.
  • You have not had certain cancer treatments, like targeted therapy or immunotherapy, in the last 28 days.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control if applicable.
