Who can take part
- You must be between 10 and 29 years old.
- You must have a lupus diagnosis confirmed by a doctor, with positive blood tests (ANA or anti-dsDNA).
- Your lupus must be active despite trying at least 3 months of standard treatments, including a biological therapy like rituximab or belimumab.
- If you have kidney lupus, you need a recent biopsy showing active nephritis and significant protein in your urine.
- Your organs (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) must be functioning well enough to safely receive the treatment.
- You must agree to use birth control if you can become pregnant, and not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
