Who can take part
- You are 21 or older
- You have colorectal cancer that is stage II (T3-4, N0) or stage III (any T, N+)
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of your body
- You have not had prior treatment for colorectal cancer (such as radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or surgery)
- You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during and for 150 days after treatment
