Testing HS-20118 in healthy adults and psoriasis patients

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 (for the single-dose study) or between 18 and 65 (for the multiple-dose study).
  • Your weight is within the allowed range (men: at least 50 kg, women: at least 45 kg, and up to 110 kg).
  • You are either a healthy volunteer or have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months.
  • You do not have a history of serious infections, drug allergies, or recent drug abuse.
  • Your overall health (physical exam, lab tests, heart test, and X-rays) is normal or has no concerning findings.
