Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have an active cancer diagnosis
- Your lung cancer is a type called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
- Your lung cancer cells have a specific change called an ALK mutation (ALK-positive)
- You have been treated with a newer ALK-targeting drug (like alectinib, lorlatinib, brigatinib, or ceritinib) as your first ALK inhibitor therapy
