Who can take part
- You have advanced lung cancer (Stage IIIB or IV) that cannot be treated with a curative, localized procedure like surgery or radiation
- Your tumor test shows an ALK rearrangement (confirmed by lab testing such as IHC, FISH, or NGS)
- You are already enrolled in the EXPLORE ALK study
- You are 18 years or older
- You started first-line “next-generation” ALK medicine (an ALK inhibitor)
- You can and agree to provide blood samples at start of the study, at the first tumor check, and at progression (and you have tumor biopsy tissue at diagnosis if available)
