  • You have weak lung function and your doctors think you might need a breathing tube after surgery.
  • You need a minimally invasive lung surgery for lung cancer, a nodule, a benign tumor, a collapsed lung (pneumothorax), or to reduce lung volume.
  • You are mentally clear and able to follow instructions for tests, exercises, and rehab before and after surgery.
  • You agree to take part in this study and understand what it involves.
