Brain training therapy for stroke recovery

This study tests a new therapy called NeuroReAlign that may help improve memory, thinking, and other cognitive functions in people who have had a stroke. It is for adults aged 18 to 70 whose stroke happened more than 6 months ago and who can still walk on their own.
