This study tests a brain-training technique called neurofeedback to see if it can improve thinking skills after a stroke. If you have ongoing memory or attention problems despite recovery, this trial may help you train your brain using real-time feedback from your own brain activity.

Who can take part

  • You had a stroke that affected the right side of your brain (or the deep areas) between 3 and 6 months ago.
  • You are between 18 and 74 years old and right-handed.
  • You have lasting problems with memory, attention, or thinking speed after your stroke.
  • You have no major language or vision problems, and you can understand instructions in French.
  • You are not currently taking medication for mental health conditions, and you have no history of dementia or psychiatric illness.
