Who can take part

  • You are a mother who is at least 18 years old and have a healthy baby between 1 and 12 months old.
  • You are currently breastfeeding your baby.
  • You speak Turkish and can use Zoom for online sessions.
  • You do not have a serious health condition that could make laughter exercises risky (like severe heart disease, hernia, or epilepsy).
  • You have not been diagnosed with a mental health condition and are not taking medication or using other methods for stress.
