Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of primary C3 glomerulopathy or IC-MPGN, confirmed by a kidney biopsy and other tests.
- You must have had a kidney biopsy between March 2024 and about a year before joining, and blood and urine tests within 4 weeks before the biopsy.
- Your kidney function must be at least 30% of normal, based on a blood test or measured directly.
- You cannot be in another experimental drug trial, have certain blood cancers or autoimmune diseases, or have certain infections (like hepatitis or recent severe infections).
- You must not be currently using pegcetacoplan (a specific treatment for these conditions).
