NM8074 for adults with C3 glomerulopathy kidney disease

C3 Glomerulopathy

Treatments studied

Part of Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.

This early-phase study tests whether NM8074 can help adults with C3 glomerulopathy. It focuses on people with low blood C3 levels and protein in the urine, and it includes close monitoring and required vaccinations to reduce infection risk.

NM8074 for adults with PNH not yet on complement inhibitors

This Phase 2 study tests how well and how safely NM8074 works for adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) who have not recently received a similar “complement inhibitor” medicine. It may help reduce PNH-related blood cell breakdown and anemia, and it will closely monitor side effects.

NM8074 for relapsed or resistant atypical HUS with kidney injury

This Phase 2 study tests NM8074, a medicine that targets the immune system’s complement pathway, to treat atypical HUS (aHUS) that is coming back or not responding well. It may help stop ongoing blood vessel damage and improve blood counts and kidney function.

Testing CPV-104 safety in healthy people and C3G patients

This trial tests a new drug called CPV-104. First, healthy volunteers will receive a single dose to check safety. Then, people with C3 glomerulopathy (a rare kidney disease) will receive multiple doses to see if it helps and is safe.
