Who can take part
- You have between 6 and 10 metastases (cancer spots that have spread) and no more than 5 in a single organ.
- Your general health is fairly good (ECOG score 0, 1, 2, or 3) and you are expected to live at least 6 more months.
- Your metastases cannot all be removed with surgery, but none is larger than 5 cm (about 2 inches).
- You have not had radiation therapy to any of the same metastases before.
- You do not have cancer spread to the lining of the brain, lungs, or belly, and you do not have spinal cord compression needing surgery.
