Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have pain at the front of your shoulder, over the biceps tendon groove
- A physical test (raising your arm with palm up) causes that same pain
- You have not had previous surgery or injections on your biceps tendon
- You do not have a calcified biceps tendon, a torn subscapularis muscle, a deformed shoulder joint, or a torn/dislocated biceps tendon
