Who can take part
- You are currently working (employed or active as a worker).
- You have a tear in your supraspinatus tendon (one of the shoulder rotator cuff tendons) confirmed by MRI.
- Your shoulder function score (Modified Rohi) is at least 5 out of 10.
- You have tried at least 3 months of physical therapy without success, or you have an acute injury that severely limits shoulder function.
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You also have a problem with the long head of your biceps tendon (the tendon from your biceps muscle that runs through your shoulder).
- You can understand and agree to the informed consent form.
