Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 6 months and currently have moderate to severe active disease.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
- You have been on a steady dose of your current RA medications for at least 30 days.
- You have stopped certain other RA drugs (like leflunomide, JAK inhibitors, or anti-TNF drugs) for the required time before joining.
- Your blood tests show signs of inflammation (high ESR or CRP) and you test positive for RA-related antibodies.
- You have CD19+ B cells (a type of immune cell) in your blood.
- You have not received certain prior treatments like B-cell therapies, CAR-T therapy, or other experimental drugs within specific timeframes.
- Your organ function is adequate, and you have no active infections like hepatitis or HIV.
- You are willing to use effective contraception if you could become pregnant or father a child, and follow the study schedule.
