  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been on dialysis (3 times a week) for at least 3 months
  • Your potassium level before dialysis is between 4 and 5.5 mEq/L
  • You are on stable medications (RAS inhibitors or MRAs) for at least 3 months
  • You follow a low-potassium diet and can stick to it
