This study is for people with IgA nephropathy who completed a previous zigakibart study. It tests whether continuing treatment with zigakibart (given as a shot every two weeks) is safe and helpful over a longer period.

Who can take part
- You must have finished the earlier zigakibart study for IgA nephropathy.
- You cannot be on long-term dialysis or have had a kidney transplant.
- You must not have had a serious kidney injury or very fast-worsening kidney disease in the last month.
- You cannot have taken strong immune-suppressing medicines or certain herbs for more than 2 weeks in the last 3 months.
- If you are able to become pregnant or father a child, you must use highly effective birth control during the study and for 24 weeks after your last dose.
- You must not have certain active infections like hepatitis or HIV, and no recent live vaccines.
