Zigakibart and atrasentan for IgA nephropathy
Part of Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests two study medicines, zigakibart and atrasentan, together for adults with a kidney disease called IgA nephropathy. The goal is to see if this combination helps protect kidney function and reduces protein in the urine.
