Who can take part
- You have IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy in the last 5 years.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is 45 or higher.
- You have protein in your urine that is at least 0.5 grams per day or a urine protein-to-creatinine ratio of at least 0.5.
- You weigh at least 45 kg (99 pounds) and your BMI is 35 or lower.
- You have not taken certain immune-suppressing drugs or other investigational treatments for IgA nephropathy in the past 12 months.
