Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with stage I, II, or III breast cancer (not stage IIIB, inflammatory, or metastatic)
- You are scheduled to receive at least 4 cycles of chemotherapy or are currently on hormone therapy
- You do not currently have a sleep disorder (your sleep quality is normal before starting the study)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not have serious skin problems or allergies on both ears, and you are not using other sleep therapies like aromatherapy or massage
