Who can take part

  • You must be able to walk by yourself or with just someone watching you for safety.
  • You must have a score of 20 or higher on a memory and thinking test (called MoCA).
  • You should not have medical issues that make standing or walking difficult (like dizziness or low blood pressure).
  • You must be able to understand and follow simple exercise instructions.
  • You need to agree to take part and be able to sign a consent form.
