  • In good health with no major medical conditions
  • Blood pressure, heart rate, and body weight within specific healthy ranges
  • No use of certain medications, alcohol, or tobacco for several days or weeks before the trial
  • Agree to use effective birth control during and 30 days after the study (for women) and not be pregnant or breastfeeding
