AL2846 capsule vs placebo for advanced thyroid cancer

Who can take part

  • You have a type of thyroid cancer called differentiated thyroid cancer (like papillary or follicular) that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must be considered 'radioactive iodine-refractory' (no longer responds to radioactive iodine treatment).
  • You are between 18 and 74 years old.
  • You are physically able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer has grown after receiving no more than 2 previous lines of targeted therapy (VEGFR TKIs, such as lenvatinib or sorafenib).
  • You have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts as shown by standard lab tests.
