Who can take part

  • You have metastatic (spread) or locally advanced (cannot be removed) pancreatic cancer.
  • You are about to start your first chemotherapy for this cancer (either newly diagnosed or after a recurrence).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You do not have a high risk of bleeding or a recent blood clot (within 12 months).
  • You are not taking blood thinners, daily high-dose aspirin, or other anti-clotting drugs.
