Fasudil and immunotherapy with hormone therapy for prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 85 years old.
  • You must have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy that doesn't have 'small cell' features.
  • Your cancer must be either: locally advanced (stage cT3-4) or have up to 5 spots of spread in bones or lymph nodes (oligometastatic).
  • You must be in good physical condition (ECOG 0-1, meaning you can do daily activities without help).
  • You cannot have had any previous treatment for prostate cancer, including radiation, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy.
  • You must agree to have your prostate surgically removed (radical prostatectomy) after the neoadjuvant therapy.
