NCT05897632Recruiting
Rapid chest-pain evaluation for moderate-risk adults

This trial tests a faster “ambulatory rapid evaluation” approach for adults who come in with chest pain that could be heart-related, but is not clearly an emergency. It may help doctors quickly sort who is safe to send home and who needs urgent heart testing, using specific ECG and blood test results.

Detroit, Michigan
NCT04709900Recruiting
Tests for stable chest pain using heart scans and pressure measurements

This trial studies how well different heart tests (imaging the blood flow and measuring blood pressure in the heart) work for people with stable chest pain. It may help guide safer, more accurate evaluation when you are not having a heart attack.

Copenhagen
NCT06196307Recruiting
Early warning system for sudden chest pain

This trial is for people who come to the emergency room with new or worsening chest pain not caused by an injury. It aims to build an early warning system to better classify and treat chest pain.

NCT06128317Recruiting
Heart attack and chest pain registry study

This study is a registry that collects information from people who come to the hospital with heart-related symptoms like chest pain or high troponin levels. It helps doctors better understand different heart conditions and improve care.

Heidelberg, Baden-Wurttemberg
NCT05699629Recruiting
Study of people with coronary heart disease or chest pain

This trial follows people who have coronary heart disease or ongoing chest pain that needs a heart scan called coronary angiography. It also includes healthy volunteers for comparison, to help researchers understand risk factors and outcomes over time.

NCT07252245Not yet recruiting
Testing a triage tool for chest pain patients before hospital arrival

This study tests a scoring system (modified HEAR(T) score) to help paramedics decide which chest pain patients need to go to a cardiac emergency department. It aims to improve how quickly patients at risk for a heart attack or unstable angina get the right care.
