- You are 18 years or older and live in China
- You have symptoms like chest tightness or chest pain that need to be checked for a heart problem
- You do not have a known ST-elevation heart attack (STEMI) right now
- You have not had a clear diagnosis from heart enzyme tests (like troponin) yet
- You have not had major surgery or a serious injury in the past 4 weeks
- You are not pregnant and are not currently receiving cancer treatment with radiation or chemotherapy
