Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lungs) between 3 and 12 months ago.
  • You are currently taking blood thinners (anticoagulation therapy).
  • You either have new or worsening shortness of breath (at least NYHA class II), OR you have no symptoms but have at least one specific risk factor (like certain blood disorders, an infected device in your body, or a history of certain surgeries or diseases).
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to participate in the study and allow use of your data.
  • You do not have any medical reason that would prevent you from receiving treatment for this condition.
