Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You were referred for chronic blood-clot lung disease (CTEPD and/or CTEPH)
- Your tests show chronic blood clots (for example, a scan showing mismatched airflow and blood flow, or imaging of chronic clots)
- You have symptoms when exercising that fit chronic blood-clot lung disease, even if resting blood pressure in the lungs is not high
- You have taken a blood thinner (anticoagulation) for at least 3 months before being diagnosed
- There is no main cause of lung blood-pressure problems other than the specific clot-related type (WHO group 4)
