Who can take part
- You have “post-PE syndrome,” meaning ongoing problems after a lung blood clot
- You can start the rehab between 12 and 36 weeks after your PE
- You have NOT been diagnosed with CTEPH (a specific long-term blood clot condition)
- You are not currently pregnant
- You have not had a heart attack or heart surgery in the past year
- You can safely participate in supervised rehab (no serious unstable heart, infection, or other urgent health issues)
