Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer that is still growing despite hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
  • You have already completed at least 4 cycles of the drug [177Lu]Lu-PSMA and your cancer did not progress during that first treatment.
  • At least 4 months have passed since your last dose of [177Lu]Lu-PSMA.
  • You have taken a hormone therapy (like enzalutamide, apalutamide, abiraterone, or darolutamide) and chemotherapy (docetaxel or cabazitaxel) in the past.
  • Your recent PSMA-PET scan shows that your cancer cells strongly attract the PSMA tracer (no 'PSMA-negative' spots).
  • You are willing to use contraception (if sexually active) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
