Who can take part
- You have a type of prostate cancer that keeps growing even when your testosterone is very low (castration-resistant).
- You have had at least one prior treatment with a 'second-generation' hormone therapy like enzalutamide or abiraterone.
- You have had one or two courses of taxane chemotherapy (like docetaxel) for prostate cancer, or you were told you can't have it or chose not to.
- You have had a PSMA PET scan showing that your cancer cells 'light up' (PSMA-avid).
- If you have already received Lu-177 PSMA treatment, your doctor must have seen that it helped your cancer. (For the first few patients in the first phase, this may not be required.)
- You must have only mild or no dry mouth symptoms, and be in good enough health to have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.
