  • You are between 20 and 39 years old.
  • Your periods have been irregular or stopped for more than 4 months.
  • You have had blood tests showing high FSH levels (over 25 IU/L) twice, at least 4 weeks apart.
  • You agree to participate and follow the study plan.
  • You haven't taken antibiotics, probiotics, or hormone therapy in the last 2 months.
  • You don't have any other major health conditions like severe endometriosis or blood clots.
