- You were diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) before age 40.
- Your diagnosis meets one of these: irregular or no periods for at least 4 months with high FSH, or you had both ovaries removed, or you had ovarian failure from chemotherapy or radiation.
- You are willing to give blood or other samples and come back for regular check-ups over time.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding right now.
- You do not have a serious illness like active cancer, severe heart or kidney disease, or a condition that would make it hard to follow the study.
