  • You are 12 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with autoimmune encephalitis related to a surface protein on nerve cells
  • You have already tried at least one standard treatment (like high-dose steroids, IVIG, plasma exchange, or efgartigimod) without enough improvement
  • Your current symptoms are moderate to severe, based on a disability score of 3 or higher
  • You do not have serious active infections, certain liver or blood problems, or a history of severe allergies to study drugs
