  • You have had a spinal cord injury for more than one year
  • You have significant stomach or bowel problems
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the last four weeks
  • You have not made major dietary changes in the last four weeks
  • You do not have Crohn's disease or other serious gastrointestinal disorders
