  • Age 18–70 years
  • At least 1 year since your spinal cord injury occurred
  • Spinal cord injury in the neck or upper back area (cervical or thoracic)
  • You have bowel problems like constipation, long bathroom routines, or accidents—at least one of these
  • A stable bowel routine you've followed consistently for at least 4 weeks
  • Medically stable with no recent hospitalizations or acute illnesses
