Who can take part

  • You are a pregnant woman or just had a baby.
  • You are between 21 and 40 years old.
  • Your baby was born full-term (37-42 weeks) and weighed at least 5.5 pounds.
  • You had a single baby (not twins or more).
  • You did not have serious pregnancy problems like heavy bleeding, severe anemia needing a transfusion, or conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure.
