  • You are between 20 and 60 years old.
  • You have a herniated disc at L4-L5 confirmed by CT or MRI.
  • You are willing to receive the manipulation as part of the study.
  • You have not had any back surgery or serious back injuries.
  • You do not have severe osteoporosis, tumors, infections, or other serious health conditions.
  • You are not pregnant or extremely frail.
