Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • You have a confirmed MS diagnosis (based on the 2017 McDonald criteria)
  • Your disability level (EDSS score) is 4 or lower, meaning you can walk without help
  • You can speak and understand Turkish, and have no speech problems
  • You have not exercised regularly in the last 6 months
