Comparing 8-Week vs 12-Week Faricimab for Wet AMD

Who can take part

  • You have a new, untreated type of wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in the center of your vision
  • Your vision in the study eye is between 20/40 and 20/200 (you can read some lines on a vision chart but not perfectly)
  • An eye scan (OCT) shows fluid under or on top of the retina in the central 1 mm of the macula
  • You have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last 3 months
  • Your study eye does not have: large retinal bleeds, significant scar tissue, a retinal tear, uncontrolled glaucoma, or other unrelated eye diseases like diabetic retinopathy
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and are willing to sign a consent form
